Tràng Tiền Plaza is not just a shopping center; it is a historical landmark and Hanoi’s definitive address for high-end luxury goods. Its prime location next to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and its elegant architecture make it a popular stop for both serious shoppers and casual visitors.

  • The First Luxury Mall: Tràng Tiền Plaza is recognized as the first high-end shopping center in Hanoi, symbolizing the city’s modern, upscale commerce.

  • Architecture and Ambiance: The building itself, particularly after its renovation, features a beautiful architectural style reminiscent of a French colonial building, with meticulous European-style interiors using white and yellow as the main colors. It offers a sophisticated, calm, and elegant shopping environment, a strong contrast to the bustling Old Quarter nearby.

  • The “Tràng Tiền” Name: The plaza is located on Tràng Tiền street, which is known for its historic bookstores and vibrant cultural activity.

II. Luxury Shopping and Brands

  • Exclusive Brands: The plaza is the go-to destination for international luxury fashion and jewelry. It hosts over domestic and international brands across its six floors.

  • Notable Brands Include: Louis Vuitton, Dior, Bulgari (BVLGARI), Cartier, Versace, Zegna, and various high-end watch, cosmetic, and perfume houses.

Another fancy mall I can’t afford to buy anything. But the bathroom is very clean. It’s cool and air conditioned throughout. Though the music is too loud for my taste because I like to contemplate all things important while I ride the porcelain throne.

I won’t knock a star down for that cause some would say the music volume is optimal for covering particular sounds and noises.

It’s a small mall more like a department store but they have the high end luxury brands. Beautiful digital art museum. Great location next to the lake. Very clean and well maintained. Few stores only. Beautiful collection in Prima Art and good coffee in Eggyolk!
