Came for the moon festival with the fireworks. I knew there would be a lot of people so I left my wallet at home and wouldn't you know it I got patted down by a stranger looking for cash.

The lanterns were beautiful.
If you go when it's less busy there is lots of history there to learn about how Vietnam defended itself from foreign invaders. Very patriotic.

Really nice temple of General Tran Hung Dao, well preservation. Worth to visit ONLY ONE TIME (if no act to protect tourist from begging and trapped). We just arrived even not entry the parking lot yet, but there were someone tried to take money by invite to pay more to get closer (just walk only 400m). We knew this before going but still surprise when coming: so fake and so ridiculous.

Warning for anyone who wish to visit: DO NOT LOOK AT anyone who come to you to sell anything, ALWAYS keep your belongings safe, no staffs walk around -> DO NOT ask anything, just follow the walk path, take a look at buildings and landscape, watch people doing their wishes and leave, less than 2h for this place.

The only reason I came here just because I want to pray to my hero, General Tran Hung Dao.
