VinWonders Phu Quoc: An Epic Adventure on Pearl Island

VinWonders Phu Quoc stands as the largest theme park in Vietnam, occupying nearly 50 hectares on the northern end of Phú Quốc Island, Kiên Giang Province. This expansive park immerses visitors in a world of fantasy and adventure, featuring six distinct themed zones inspired by global myths, legends, and civilizations. It offers a perfect blend of high-octane thrills, captivating cultural performances, and mesmerizing marine life.

Key Attractions and Experiences

The park boasts over 100 indoor and outdoor activities, ensuring a full day of entertainment. Visitors often choose to explore the six main areas:

  • Adventure World: This zone tests your courage with thrilling roller coasters and rides. For example, ride the massive wooden roller coaster or experience “The Wrath of Zeus,” one of Vietnam’s fastest coasters, to feel an adrenaline rush.

  • Typhoon World: This is Southeast Asia’s top-rated water park. It features 36 different water slides and games. Brave visitors should try the challenging “Snake Venom” slide, while others can relax in the lazy river or wave pool.

  • The Sea Shell (Aquarium): Shaped like a giant turtle, this is one of the world’s five largest aquariums. You can wander through the vast acrylic tunnel to view nearly 255,000 marine creatures, including massive sharks, rays, and rare Gentoo penguins in the Ice Palace zone.

  • European Streetmosphere: Step back in time along a charming replica of a Medieval European town. This area features vibrant shops, cafes, and street performances. It also hosts the grand “Once” show, a spectacular multimedia water, fire, and light display that concludes the day.

  • Mysterious Viking Village: Explore a Nordic-themed zone, offering a chance to conquer a long suspension bridge or partake in Viking warrior challenges.

Practical Visitor Information

Planning your visit wisely maximizes your time at this massive complex. The park also offers convenient shuttle services.

  • Address: Khu Bãi Dài, Gành Dầu, Phú Quốc, Kiên Giang 92512, Vietnam.

  • Operating Hours: The park generally operates daily from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM (19:30). Always check the official website for specific show and zone times, especially for the evening “Once” show.

A pretty mediocre park unfortunately. Not alot of rides, and all the big ones were closed for maintenance or other reasons - without any notice anywhere. The staff aren't that nice, and there isn't even a general "joy" vibe or atmosphere. Although not that expensive, the food is not very good. The show at the end is nice, but nothing overwhelming.

Had Great fun in theme park and water park. They were strict with height measurement for kids to allow for rides, minimum 140cm. All staffs were very kind and helpful. The waiting time for rides was minimal and the aquarium was impressive. Sea aquarium has huge variety of fish and other see creatures. Kids enjoyed it a lot.Definetely mermaid show is must watch.
You can include free buggy rides, Food vouchers included in the ticket. Had lunch in maharaja lounge, but the food was poor quality.
We went for a day, which was enough, but during our visit due to rain they have cancelled all rides in afternoon. Kids were not able to enjoy much in rain so we enjoyed only water park.
We watched the evening show with lights and fire. But show was in Vietnamise language, so we didn't understand anything..🤣🤣

Nice aquarium with very entertaining merman/mermaid show. Definitely stay for the light show at night, for it's arguably the best part of this amusement park.

We went on a weekday and the park was generally uncrowded. We were able to get on most rides within 10 minutes.

Words can’t describe just how amazing this place is. It’s literally the Disney World of SEA.

I think what made this place so amazing was when we went (September 2025), it wasn’t so busy so we could explore the entire park without any crowds. Which is a shame since that’s not how it really works.

The Once Show was also amazing. Can totally imagine kids loving that.

Massive theme park that has rides, a waterpark, and an aquarium all wrapped into one! Highly recommend going and spending the full day there.
Seems quite underrated as it is not over crowded at all like Disneyland. Meant we could get onto all the rides and have an amazing time without excessive waits and the kids losing their patience. The mermaid show is brilliant and the themes between areas are spot on.
